“Full service” means we get all the trimmings, the little extras that make things special. A “full tank” shows that we’ve got miles of worry-free travel ahead, or if the tank is our emotions, we are feeling satisfied with ourselves and with our relationships. Saying “my life is full” means we feel blessed. “She’s full of it” can indicate that someone is over-the-top silly. Scripture says we can be “filled with the Spirit” and be “full of the Holy Ghost.” Wow! We can be tanked up with God! That means we are served all the trimmings, the little amenities of life that make a day special or a life worth living. We get worry-free miles ahead, otherwise known as “the peace of God that passes all understanding.” We have satisfaction in our relationships, that “fellowship one with another” the Bible talks about. We experience blessings we don’t deserve and know unspeakable joy, the “joy of the Lord.”
